Room Rates - $150-$180. A two-night minimum applies some weekends and during special events. Corporate rates are available weekdays only (Sunday-Thursday) with single occupancy.
Tax - 12.3%. State (5.3%) and local (7%) taxes are additional.
Breakfast - a gourmet breakfast is served in the formal dining room at a time arranged with the innkeepers. Coffee is available at 7:30 AM.
Check-in - is after 3 PM.
Check-Out - is 11 AM.
Smoking - limited to wrap-around porch and grounds.
Children - those over twelve years old are welcome.
Pets - As pets are not permitted in the home, we can recommend several animal hospitals that board pets.
Reservations - are recommended. Deposits may be made in cash or personal check. A deposit is fully refundable if a cancellation notice is received 10 days prior to the reservation date. If less than 10 days' notice is received, a refund is dependent upon the room is rebooked.
